***At this time all of my prices INCLUDE TAX (Subject to Change without Notice) *When making your purchase with a credit card, a service fee of 3.0% will be added to your purchase price.*
I do my very best to accurately display the Items you are purchasing however there may be small variances due to the nature of creating handmade products.
Please read your order information carefully to avoid disappointment.
I am happy to work alongside my customers to find a resolution should your order arrive damaged or defective. Please contact me Immediately should there be a concern about your purchase.
Returns must be post marked within 7 Days, to take advantage of the refund/replacement policy. Customers are responsible for return shipping and any loss in value of the product.

Lost packages are beyond my control. Once a Tracking Number/ Proof of postage (Photo) has been issued, tracking the package or addressing any concerns with the carrier is ultimately the buyers responsibility.
Additional insurance may be purchased for a Fee.
Buyers are Responsible for Customs/Import Taxes and Fees. Unfortunately, delivery delays are beyond my control and I cannot be responsible for delays due to Couriers, or Customs etc.

**Workshop Cancellation policies- Please be sure to read before registering for a class!
I understand that Life Happens and sometimes its necessary to reschedule your attendance in a workshop. Cancellations with less than 24 hours before the start of the class will NOT qualify for a transfer of dates for a make up class nor a refund.
Should a student cancel prior to the 24 hour window a 1 time deference will be applied if the class is rebooked within a 3 month period of time. It is the students responsibility to be aware of my upcoming classes and to reschedule and confirm their attendance. Should the 3 months elapse before a student reschedules, a deposit of $50 and $10 service charge for a refund processing will be non-refundable.
Should I need to cancel a workshop, and we are unable to reschedule, I will refund the students fee without a service charge.
